How do I join Sunbit Rewards?
Sunbit Rewards is by invite only at the moment. You should have received an email from Sunbit that included a personal link to join, or an email from one of our representatives.
How do I earn points?
Every time you show a customer their Sunbit options on the tablet, you earn points. If the customer ends up using Sunbit for their purchase, you get bonus points.
How do I see how many points I have?
Login to Sunbit Rewards and review your personal profile page to see your total number of points. A breakdown of the points earned can be found by tapping the icon in the top right corner.
What rewards can I win?
You can win a variety of gift cards in different amounts or get paid directly to a PayPal or Venmo account. If you chose to get paid through PayPal or Venmo, you may then transfer your funds to your bank account free of charge or use it to shop online.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you hit a milestone, you’ll receive a notification from Sunbit about newly available funds. Log in to your Sunbit Rewards account, click on “redeem”, and then select the reward type and desired value to use from your balance. For reward type, you may select either a gift card of your choice or funds transfer through PayPal or Venmo.
Can I bank funds from multiple rewards and redeem them together?
Yes! You get the choice of when to redeem and how much. If you prefer not to redeem your rewards immediately and would like to bank more funds in your account balance first, simply log out and keep scanning customers until you reach an amount you would like to redeem. All of your rewards will be added to your funds balance.
What if I don't have a PayPal or Venmo account?
If you enter an email or phone number that’s not associated with a PayPal or Venmo account, you’ll receive an email or text message from PayPal/Venmo indicating that you have awaiting funds sent from Sunbit and inviting you to open an account to redeem them. Alternatively, you may open an account before redeeming your funds and then type your account credentials.
How do I redeem through PayPal or Venmo?
Select the method you’d like to redeem with and enter your PayPal / Venmo account details. For PayPal, you may redeem through email or phone number (if your phone number is linked to your PayPal account). For Venmo, you can redeem by entering the phone number for your Venmo account.
When I moved to another location that's also using Sunbit, how can I transfer my profile?
Please email us at rewards@sunbit.com with your details and we will transfer the account credentials accordingly.
How do I change my email address for the account?
Please email us at rewards@sunbit.com and we will update that info for you.
